About Michele Watch
Learn About the brand
The story of MICHELE begins with Belgian watchmaker Maurice Barouh, whose passion for beauty, precision, and feminine styling in a timepiece set his work apart from the very beginning. His son Jack carried that legacy to the United States in 1995, naming the brand after his daughter Michele and building it into one of the most recognized luxury women's watch companies in America. Today Michele herself serves as creative director, guiding the brand as its third generation of family leadership and ensuring that every collection reflects the femininity, craftsmanship, and bold personal expression that define the MICHELE name.
MICHELE watches are built around a core belief that a watch should be more than a timekeeping device. It should be an extension of the woman who wears it. That philosophy shows in every detail, from the hand-set diamonds and genuine mother-of-pearl dials to the Swiss movements and 18K gold plating that give every piece its unmistakable presence. The signature interchangeable strap system, available in genuine alligator, premium calfskin, Italian leather, and seven-link steel bracelets in a wide range of colors and finishes, allows each woman to make the watch entirely her own from one day to the next.
The collection spans several beloved platforms including the Art Deco-inspired Deco collection, the elegant Sidney with its round case and chronograph features, the Serein, the Urban, and limited and special edition designs featuring rare materials and diamond-studded details crafted in exceptionally small quantities. Each collection draws inspiration from femininity, travel, Art Deco design, color, and the celebration of life's most meaningful moments.
